You can get updates to my blog posts by adding my feed to your rss reader! It's the descriptions because I'm evil and want people to visit my site at the moment.
If you don't use RSS, I would def recommend giving it a try! A lot of people on neocities support them, news sites often have rss, podcast apps are just rss readers, and you can add youtube channels! Never miss a video because of a shitty subscription box again!
